DENTAL IMPLANTS

A dental implant is a wonderful way to replace teeth lost to disease, injury or decay. With dental implants you can regain your quality of life and enjoy a mouthful of beautiful, healthy teeth.

A dental implant serves as a permanent tooth root which supports dental restorations, such as a crown. Because the implant is anchored in bone, it will continue to provide a comfortable and stable bite even as you age. Also, because the replacement of a missing tooth will decrease the stress on the adjacent teeth, you’ll reduce your risk of developing TMJ (Temporomandibular Joint) problems.

HOW DENTAL IMPLANTS CAN HELP YOU

It’s nearly impossible to approach others with confidence when you’re embarrassed by your appearance, but our reconstructive dental work can help you look and feel your best.

Whether you need to replace a single tooth or many, a dental implant is a good choice. A single missing tooth can be replaced easily by an implant and a porcelain crown. If you’re missing several teeth, an implant supported bridge can fill in the gap, allowing for a natural appearance and an attractive smile.

For those tired of dealing with the inconvenience of slipping dentures, implants can ensure exceptional denture stability. In addition, a fixed bridge or a removable denture attached to dental implants can improve your comfort. After years of deprivation, many of our patients find they’re able to eat a wider range of healthy foods again.

WHAT IS A DENTAL IMPLANT?

SUPERIOR TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE

Dr. Stan obtained a degree in Implantology from the Midwest Implant Institute of Columbus, OH, where he garnered the Presidential Award. He was also recognized in Who’s Who in Outstanding Americans, after completing a coveted Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry.

Dr. Baker also received extensive training in implantology while in the Advanced Education in General Dentisty program at The University of Texas Health Science Center of San Antonio. He further advanced his skills and education by completing a Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry.

This superior level of education enables Lowrance Dental to handle the entire implant procedure in house. While most other general dentists must refer patients to oral surgeons or periodontists for part of the implant process, Dr. Stan and Dr. Baker have the advanced training, technology and credentials to handle it all.

Not only does this make getting your dental implants more convenient, you’ll also save money!

Whether you need tooth whiteningveneers, a bridge or dental implants, Rockwall residents can count on Lowrance Dental. In over 30 years of service to the community, we've helped thousands of people improve their smiles.
